What is the Okuru Rewards Hub

Employee rewards should feel rewarding, not like another admin task.

That was one of the ideas behind our new Okuru Flex Rewards Hub.

It gives businesses a simple way to send digital rewards in bulk to employees, contractors, volunteers, customers and other people they want to recognise.

The process is deliberately simple:

1. Fund your Rewards Balance, create a campaign, add recipients individually or by CSV, choose the reward amount, then send immediately or schedule it for later.

2. Recipients receive an Okuru Flex Card, which they can claim through Okuru rather than the business having to purchase and distribute individual gift cards manually.

3. Businesses can also track the Flex Cards they have issued and see their claim status from the Hub.

We see plenty of occasions where this could be useful:

Work anniversaries.

Employee appreciation.

Sales incentives.

Referral rewards.

Customer thank-yous.

Events.

Survey participation.

Christmas, Lunar New Year, Diwali, Eid and other celebrations.

The idea is simple:

They choose the reward.
